!!! Sorting and Grouping resources
* /Columns/ can be used to sort or group resourcesinyourLibraryin the /Details/ view. By default, the Library opens sorted by *Title*.
*Columnheaders can be used to sort or /group/Librarycontent in the /Details/ view. By default, the Library opens sorted by *Title*.
* Clicking a column header will either /sort/ or /group/ currentlyshownLibrarycontentinalphabetical(ascending)order.
* Clicking a column header will either sort or /group/ the content.
* Clicking header /again/ will reverse sort order ofresourcesorgroup names, as indicated by the small arrow in the column header. Groupexpansion is rememberedwithsortordersochanginggroupsortorder can changewhich group(s)areexpanded/collapsed.
* Clickingthe header again will reverse thesort order (including/group/ names), as indicated by the small arrow in the column header. \\Ifcontent is grouped,afurtherclick can collapsethe group.
* Shift-clicking a column header provides further sorting:
* Add Sort Level in Ascending order
* creates an additional /level/ of sorted content; or
* Change Sort Level to Descending order
* changes the sort order.
* Remove Sort Level
* further shift-clicking will remove the sort level.
* Library columns for/titles/(Title, Abbreviated Titleand Alternate Title), /dates/(Last Accessed, Last Updated, Publishing Date, Electronic Publishing Date), Rating, and Most Used *sort* column content. #. Under some /Columns/ you might find this double hyphened symbol. It represents resources that were not associated with any of the fields in that /Column/. If you click on it, it will expand to show you those resources. This is useful when you are filtering with the /My Tags/ column, it lets you see resource which you have not tagged.
