* Indexing

* Made a change to Bible Indexing that will create smaller indexes. You must run the %rebuild bible index% command to get the smaller index. This is optional; the application will continue to function correctly without rebuilding the index.

* Installer

* Enabled the use of TLS 1.2 on Windows 7 SP1 systems. This will require elevation the next time the application is launched.

* Removed PB warnings (that were introduced in 7.18) related to logos4: URLs.
