To disable the automatic updating of Logos software and resources:
* Open *Tools | Program Settings*.
* Set *Automatically DownloadUpdates* to No.
* Set *Automatically StartDownloads* to No.
This will provide a Notification that anupdate is available and you can choosetoacceptitorrefuseit.

Alternatively, you can check for updates manually:
