After running a Bible/Morph/Syntax Search click on the Search menu and select /Save as Passage List/.

2. Click *Add* menu and select *~...another passage list*. Select the title of the Passage list you want added to your list.

3. Click *Add* menu and select *~...file*. Navigate to the text file of your choice. This text file can be a simple list of verses or it can be an article with Bible verses in it. The Passage list recognizes the scripture references and adds them to the list (the Bible reference must be capitalized to be recognized).

4. Select a block of text in a resource that has multiple references and /copy/ it e.g. *Ctrl+C*. Click *Add* menu and select *~...clipboard*. This will add the references cited in the selected text.

5. Click *Add* menu and select *~...highlighter style*. A panel will open with a list of /palettes/. Click Palette header(s) and select the styles you are interested in. When you click *Add* the passages that these styles are /linked with/ will be added to the Passage List. \\ /Note/ Palettes will be displayed only if they have styles linked with passages.

Right click in the passage list and click *Insert heading*. It appears before the item you clicked. Edit the name of the heading by clicking on the title text or the pencil icon.

Clicking the Sort button will arrange the verses in canonical order and remove any duplicates. If there are headings in the document the verses will be sorted and duplicates removed in /each/ section.

!!! Manual Sorting
References and headings can be clicked and dragged to a new location. If you click and drag to the right of the reference it is simply moved to the new location. If you click and drag directly on the reference then a copy is placed in the new location.
!!! Deleting an entry
Click the red *X* on the right hand side to remove it from the list. To remove multiple entries select the ones you wish to remove and hit the delete key or right click and select *delete*.

To get books from varying types e.g. Josephus, Philo, & Bible to show in your passage list, you can create a collections of those books. Then in your Passage List select your collection in the /Resource/ box([[seethistip>>http://community.logos.com/forums/p/17075/268538.aspx#268538]])
