It only works on NTFS formatted drives  e.g. Windows 7+, so you must format /removable/ drives as NTFS.

#. Download junction from [[MS Sysinternals >> http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896768]] and save it in your /Downloads/ folder (/use junction64 on 64-bit systems/).
#. *Move* the folder++ to its new location by dragging and dropping it in Windows File Explorer e.g. move \Logos to your *E:* drive. \\ If it was /copied/, you must delete the original folder.
#. Close Logos.
#. Open a Command prompt e.g. Start > Run > cmd.exe, or type *cmd* in the Windows Search box.
#. Open two instances of Windows File Explorer side-by-side
#. Change directory (*cd*) to the location of the folder you just moved e.g. \\ *cd ~%localappdata~%* for the Logos/Verbum installation folder \\ or \\ *cd ~%localappdata~%\Logos\Data~\/random/~\ResourceManager* for your Resources folder.
#. In the first, navigate to the location of the folder you are moving++
#. Create a link to the new location:
#. In the second, navigate to the new location for the folder e.g. *E:*
 * *mklink /j Logos E:\Logos* \\ --> where *Logos* is the folder you just moved \\ /or/
#. _Move_ the folder (e.g. \Logos, \Resources) to the new location by dragging and dropping it in Windows File Explorer. \\ If _copied_ you must delete the original folder.
 * *mklink /j Resources E:\Resources* \\ --> where *Resources* is the folder you just moved.
#. Open a Command prompt e.g. Start > Run > cmd.exe or type *cmd* in the /Windows/ Search box.
#. /Alternatively/:
#. Change directory (*cd*) to the location of the /first/ File Explorer window e.g. \\ *cd "C:\Users\John Doe\AppData\Local"* if moving the Logos/Verbum installation folder \\ or \\ *cd "C:\Users\John Doe\AppData\Local\Logos\Data~\/random/~\ResourceManager"* if moving your Resources folder
 * *~%userprofile~%\Downloads\junction64 Logos E:\Logos* \\ /or/
#. Using the junction command, create a link to the new location e.g. \\ *"C:~\Users\John Doe\Downloads\junction64" Logos E:\Logos* \\ where /Logos/ is the folder you just _moved_ \\ or \\ *"C:~\Users\John Doe\Downloads\junction64" Resources E:\Resources*, \\ where /Resources/ is the folder you just _moved_.
 * *~%userprofile~%\Downloads\junction64 Resources E:\Resources*  \\ if you saved *junction64* from [[MS Sysinternals >> http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896768]] in your *Downloads* folder.
#. Exit the command prompt
#. If you want to /undo/ the above at any time:
 * Execute *rd Logos* in the Command Prompt \\ --> this will delete the /link folder/
 * *Move* E:\Logos to its original location
