#. In the top menu click on *Guides*.

#. In the drop down menu click on *Make a new guide template*. \\ /This opens the Guide Editor/.

#. In the drop down menu click on:

* (*Logos 8*): Cick *New* at the bottom, then *Make a new Guide*.   \\ \\ [[{{$ http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS1b.png?maxheight=300 }} >> http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS1b.png]] \\ \\

  * *New* > *Make a new Guide* /(Logos 8)/

  * *Make a new guide template* /(Logos 7)/ \\ /This opens the Guide Editor/.   \\ \\ [[{{$ http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS1b.png?maxheight=300 }} >> http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS1b.png]] \\ \\

#. In the Guide Editor, click on *Bible word* in order to populate sections for the BWS guide. \\ \\ [[{{$ http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS1c.png?maxheight=300 }} >> http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS1c.png]] \\ \\

#. Click on the pencil icon (on in the title box) to name your custom guide.

!!!! Editing a Custom Bible Word Study guide

* you will need to open the custom BWS guide that you want to edit.

#. In the top menu click on *Guides*.

#. In the drop down menu, locate the custom BWS guide that you want to make changes to and clickonitto open it. \\ \\ [[{{$ http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS2b.png?maxheight=300 }} >> http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS2b.png]] \\ \\

#. In the drop down menu, locate the custom BWS guide that you want to make changes to, and click to open it. \\ \\ [[{{$ http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS2b.png?maxheight=300 }} >> http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS2b.png]] \\ \\

#. In your custom BWS guide, click on the icontohaveLogosshowyouthemenu.

#. In your custom BWS guide, click on the panel menu.

#. In the drop down menu click on *Edit guidetemplate* or *Edit thisguide*.

#. In the drop down menu click on *Editthis guide* or *Edit guidetemplate*.

* Logos will open the Guide Editor in a new tab. \\ \\ {{$ media:CustBWS2c.jpg }} \\ \\

#. If you want to change the guide's name, click on the pencil icon, or in the title box.
