Metadata correction proposals – Addressed by Logos

* *M. J. McNamara* == *Martin McNamara* (listed the former way as editor of /The Aramaic Bible: Targums in Their Historical Context/ but it's clearly the same person as one of the chapters is by a Martin McNamara; I suggest standardizing the spelling with his full first name *and* middle initial

* *The Modern Catholic Encyclopedia* should be type:Encyclopedia

* *Monographs with Subject O.T. or N.T.* please remove considering relevance wrt the title -> Grief and Pain in the Plan of God, The Fulfilled Family, Exploring Church History.

* /Grief and Pain/ and /the Fulfilled Family/ both discuss their subjects with respect to specific bible books which are called out on their title pages. As such they have been given subject headings appropriate to those bible books. /Exploring Church History/, however, has been modified.

* *The Nag Hammadi Library in English* - should not be type:Ancient Manuscript.

* This is due to a bug. Resource association breaks if the two books are different types. We've left this as Ancient Manuscript to keep the tooling intact.
