!! What is a Custom Bible Word Study guide?
Logos provides several types of /Guides/, with the BibleWordStudybeingoneofthem.Youcan customize the sections that will be in theguideandarrange the order in which they are shown, and preserve those settingsina/custom/guide for subsequent use. Your custom guide is listed in the *Guides* menu, together with the default BWS guide.

You can create as many customBWS guides as you like, butin*Logos7*youshouldnameoneofthem*MyBibleWordStudy*toindicateitisyourpreferredguide.Thenitwill be used in places like the right-click Context menu.

#. In the top menu click on *Guides*.
#. Click on *Guides* in the top menu.
#. In the drop down menu click on:
#.   * *New* > *Make a new Guide* /(Logos 8)/

#. Click on the pencil icon (on in the title box) to name your custom guide.

#. In the top menu click on *Guides*.
If the guide is already open:
#. In the drop down menu, locate the custom BWS guide that you want to make changes to, and click to open it.
#. Click on the panel menu.

#. Then click on *Edit this guide*
#. In the drop down menu click on *Edit this guide* or *Edit guide template*.
Otherwise:
* Logos will open the Guide Editor in a new tab. \\ \\ {{$ media:CustBWS2c.jpg }} \\ \\
#. Click on *Guides* in the top menu.
#. Locate the custom BWS guide that you want to edit
#. Right-click it; and
#. Select *Edit* \\ \\ /The Guide Editor will open in a new tab/ \\ \\ {{$ media:CustBWS2c.jpg }} \\ \\
#. If you want to change the guide's name, click on the pencil icon, or in the title box.

Ensure you have opened the Guide Editor (see above for opening it). \\ In Logos 8, the editor is similar, but a new guide is saved under *Custom Guides* in the menu. \\

#.*Bibleword*shouldbeselectedasthe/Kind/ofguide.\\\\[[{{$ http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS3b.png?maxheight=450 }} >> http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS3b.png]] \\ \\
#. First make sure that *Bible word* is selected.
#. If you click on *Bible Word Study* in the /All Sections from.../ list \\ Logos will populate all the sections into the area on the opposite side.
* When it is, you will selections for BWS. \\ \\ [[{{$ http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS3b.png?maxheight=450 }} >> http://wiki.logos.com/media/CustBWS3b.png]] \\ \\
#. If you click on the *X* in the section header, Logos will remove that section. \\ You can always add it back by clicking the same section in the /Individual Sections/ list
#. If you click on *Bible Word Study* in the /All Sections from.../ list,
* Logos will populate all the sections into the area on the opposite side.
#. Notice the *X* in the right corner of each section header. If you click on this *X* Logos will remove that section. You can always add it back by clicking the same section in the /Individual Sections/ list
 * it will be added at the bottom and you can relocate it by dragging.

#. *Alternatively*youcan add sectionsoneatatimefrom the /Individual Sections/ list.The order that you click on them will be the order that they appear in the guide.\\Thismightsaveyoualittletimeinthatyouwillnothavetoreorderthem.

**To change the position of a section* use your mouse to /drag/ its header to the new location. \\ /Logos displays a horizontal bar to indicate the new location/.
