It's possible to prioritise different books in your library. Books that you don't prioritise are assigned a priority by Logos. Below is a list of that default prioritisation in Logos 6 (Verbum and Noet have different default prioritisations). In general Logos prioritises English translations over the original language, and manuscripts over commentaries. \\ (So, by default, if you open a reference to John 3:16, you'll get an English Bible, not the Greek NT, and not a commentary on John.)
