If you Follow Faithlife group [[*Logos Visual Filters* >> https://faithlife.com/logos-visual-filters]], then you can use Docs menu to filter by Group for Logos Visual Filters and search: Logos Greek. Can Right Click on a Visual Filter => Add to your docs  (OR click to select visual filter followed by clicking "Add to your docs")
