!! New Features

*Bible Sense Lexicon*

  Added Adjectives and Adverbs to the Relationships and See Also sections.

 

*My Library*

  Added "Last Accessed" and "Most Used" columns to the Library Details view. They show the last date a resource was opened and order your resources by most frequently used, respectively.

  Added the ability to sort by multiple columns, such as My Tags and Community Tags. Click the first header, then Shift+Click to include more groupings.

  Changed the side-by-side Library view icons to use a drop down menu instead. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/79076.aspx]] and [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/p/81219/568171.aspx#568171]].)

  Implemented the new Cover View, which focuses on looking through the Library by book cover. It is similar to Vyrso's cover view and  [[this suggestion >> http://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-4/suggestions/642271-a-visual-bookshelf-feature-like-mark-barnes-s-cool]].    

  In Details view, added right-click menu options for groupings (Collapse/Expand for single item, level, and all).

  Tags are now hyperlinked, and will filter the Library for resources with that tag when clicked. Clicking a tag in the Resource Panel Info pane will open the Library with that filter.

  The Prioritize button is now implemented as a toggle, which will display/hide the Prioritization panel when clicked.  (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/p/81219/568171.aspx#568171]].)

  When adding tags to resources, common tags will now be suggested as you type. Existing user tags will be in *bold*.

 

*Resource Panel*

  Implemented verse boundaries to smart selection-enabled Bibles. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/p/77257/561188.aspx#561188]].)

 

*Sermon Starter Guide*

  Added Sermon collection section "Sermons" to the Sermon Starter Guide.

  The Sermon Starter Guide can now be added to a link set, and will follow any preaching themes or Bible references in linked panels.

 

*Settings*

  Added a new setting in the General section "Show Information Tool Tips". Changing the setting to 'No' will disable all word-information tooltips.

 

*Startup*

  If the program crashes due to a corrupt database file, it will be automatically replaced when restarting Logos. This should automate a common troubleshooting step.

 

*Topic Guide*

  The "Definition" section of Topic Guides has been renamed "Topic" and lists more LCV resources that were previously excluded for not defining the topic.

  The Topic Guide can be added to a link set, and will follow along with any concept references in linked panels.

 

!! Bug Fixes

*Bible Facts*

  Fixed issue where places searched in Bible Facts may not have been labeled on maps of that location. (Example: Adana)

  Right-clicking the top section of Bible Facts now gives the option to "Copy" to match functionality of other sections that have headers.

 

*Bible Sense Lexicon*

  Fixed crash when opening to "gloom" (English rendering) in the Spanish UI.  (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/80241.aspx]].)

 

*Bible Word Study*

  Fixed crash running a search for Greek word "and" and expanding the Septuagint section. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/79129.aspx]].)

 

*Context Menu*

  Right-clicking on Preaching Theme text in LLS:300QUOTPREACHERS will display the preaching themes in the context menu with a link to the Sermon Starter Guide.

 

*Documents*

*Guides*

  For users with the Catholic Topical Index resource unlocked, the "Catholic Topical Index" section of Guides will now be available to add, but not included by default. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/p/78267/547714.aspx#547714]].)

 

*History*

  Read Aloud no longer causes History items to be created for each verse. History will be recorded when navigating to and away from the resource. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/80551.aspx]].)

 

*Home Page*

  Typing “John 1:1” in the Go box, the topic “Demetrius (3 Jn. 1:12)” no longer outranks the exact reference match “John 1:1”. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/75143.aspx]].)

 

*Information*

  Fixed bug which caused the Information panel to only show translations in the Logos LXX. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/80326.aspx]].)

 

*Notes*

  Fixed citation titles when adding Notes from resources with a Bibliographic Index. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/78687.aspx]].)

  References entered into a note will turn into an active hyperlink, such as Genesis 1:1 or Ps 1.1.(See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/77997.aspx]].)

  The rich text icon for 'Bold' in the Swedish UI has been changed to 'F' for 'Fet'.

 

*Media Resources*

  When opening an audio resource, the audio will no longer automatically start playing. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/78440.aspx]].)

 

*My Library*

  Fixed a bug which caused entries to be missing in the Details view of the Library. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/66433.aspx]].)

*Personal Book Builder*

  Improved the performance of rebuilding personal books with a lot of articles.

  Compiling a document with a hyperlink in a Heading will now respect the proper font size of the heading style. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/79014.aspx]].)

  Fixed issue which could cause the font size for numbered lists to change when compiled in PBB. (See [[this thread >> http://community.logos.com/forums/t/76589.aspx]].)

*Prayer List*

  New prayer lists will now open to a blank prayer with the cursor focus in the Content box.

 

*Resource Panel*

  Added an extra tick to the font slider for 360% base font size, primarily for projecting Logos to large groups.

 

*Search Analysis*

*Search Panel Morph*

  Fixed bug which prevented results from being generated when saving a Passage List for the Morph Search in LLS:8.20.7.

*Sentence Diagram*

  Fixed crash after opening old Sentence Diagram documents caused by shape x,y resize points being reversed.

 

*Text Comparison*

  Fixed bug which would open the last selected item when clicking on background of the Favorites panel.

 

*Graph Bible Results*

  The legend and divider lines update correctly in the Bar and Column Chart graphs when resizing the window.

 

*Home Page*

  Fixed the truncated speaker icon in audio resources.

 

*My Library*

  Focus on the Find box is no longer missing when returning to library window.

  The Description text box when adding a personal book is no longer missing a right border at some resolutions.

  Fixed crash when selecting "Fit to page" in LLS:OPENTEXTGRAPH.

  Added font slider in the panel menu of resource LLS:OPENTEXTGRAPH.

  Fixed crash when clicking on hyperlink "Use of Writing in Israel" in LLS:BI101HEISER.

 

*Search Analysis*

*Search Panel Morph*

  Morph field labels are hyperlinked and display the definition hover tips.

 

*Sentence Diagrammer*

  Fixed issue where the Line Style button arrow could show the wrong state for its window being open/closed.

*Syntax*

  After clicking Search from the Syntax Search Document, the floating window now moves behind the main window of the application.

  Fixed bug where long Lemma descriptions in a narrow information panel would get cut off.
