Metadata correction proposals – Addressed by Logos

* *Hershel Shanks* is listed as "Editor, Hershel Shanks" in the author field of several issues of /Archaeology Odyssey/ (vols 7, 8, 9) and /Bible Review/ (vols 20, 21)

* *The Hiding Place* [Vyrso] - authors listed as *Corrie ten Boom, Elizabeth Sherrill John Sherrill; Sherrill, John; Sherill, Elizabeth; ten Boom, Corrie*; remove the first multinamed author

* *Hippolytus of Rome. The Treatise on the Apostolic Tradition of St. Hippolytus of Rome, Bishop and Martyr* (Four resources) - while resource language now has been corrected where it was wrong, the books' titles and metadata don't refer any longer to editor Dom Gregory Dix (two do in the resource info, two don't at all). This is unfortunate, since the one 1937 book they were created from does refer to Dix as author - as does Logos' product page "Selected Works of Dom Gregory Dix". Title sort of (…)

* Editor name added to the author field.

* The sort title is actually the result of a bug that causes the title to duplicate in some non-English resources. I can't get rid of it.

* Happily, the need to manually add sort titles without 'the' or 'a' leading them ended when we implemented a better search engine. These resources should be perfectly searchable as-is.

*  *The History of Doctrines* wrongly has a period have the author's name.

* *History of the Jewish People in the Time of Christ* needs a series tag
