Metadata correction proposals

* *Lexicons with Subject containing O.T. or N.T.* - inconsistently applied across all type:lexicon e.g. Lexham Analytical Lexicon to the Septuagint doesn't have O.T. Suggest applying to all lexicons covering a *single* Testament.

* *Monographs with Subject O.T. or N.T.* please remove considering relevance wrt the title -> Grief and Pain in the Plan of God, The Fulfilled Family, Exploring Church History.

* *The Nag Hammadi Library in English* - should not be type:Ancient Manuscript.

* *New Bible Commentary* - only author listed is D. A. Carson; but there are four authors (editors): D. A. Carson, R. T. France, J. A. Motyer, and G. J. Wenham; they are correctly all indicated in the citation, but not in the Author field

* *Perseus Resources* - some resources have /pubdate:/ not following the usual convention of giving a four-digit year but give other date formats, this defies sort or select operations

* *Perseus Resources* - some resources have empty /pubdate:/ field

* *The Political Paul* by Bruno Blumenfeld (JSNTS series, London; New York: T&T Clark, 2003).  -- TYPE should not be "Bible Commentary".

* *Preacher's Homiletic Commentary* -- resource titles do not include "PHC" or "Preacher's Homiletic Commentary".

* *Revelation* - several books have this title and it should be unique e.g. Ryrie's could be titled /Everyman's Bible Commentary: Revelation/ and Krodel's could be /Augsberg Commentary on the New Testament: Revelation/.

* *Searching for Heaven on Earth (2 x D. Jeremiah)* - /Please reconsider/ that these titles are not Commentaries due to layout and approach. Note that one is titled as a 'Study Guide'.

* *Treasury of Scripture Knowledge* - only authors' last names are given; but their full names are John Canne, John Browne, Benjamin Blayney, Thomas Scott (see http://bit.ly/GRsUsY)
